SPM was established by Leigh Richardson in Brisbane in 2018. Leigh was inspired to create an NDIS plan management business to help NDIS participants easily manage the financial and administration aspects of their NDIA plans. Becoming a Plan Manager Leigh could then assist Participants navigate their way through the NDIS complexities, and make sure they get the most value from their NDIS funding.
Having worked in some of the largest disability & community service providers, Leigh Richardson could see an opportunity existed to assist participants with navigating their way through the Administration and Financial Management of their Funding Allocations.
Leigh wanted to create a personalised approach to Plan Management and provide Participants with the opportunity to have their own dedicated Plan Manager. In 2019 Specialised Plan Management commenced the implementation of a Specialised Plan Management Software which provides Participants or their Representatives the ability to log in at any point to an online dashboard to see how their budgets are tracking.

Signing Up Is Simple
Step 1
Simply contact SPM to let us know you’ve chosen to be plan managed, or complete our online Sign Up Form.
Step 2
We will send you a Welcome Pack and Service Agreement.
Step 3
Complete the Service Agreement to formally register with us.
Step 4
We then create a Service Booking in the NDIA portal and we start the Plan Management side of things!
You’re done! Start sending us your invoices or have the providers send them directly to us – it’s really that easy!
